Association of Belarus guides
Association of Belarus guides (in abbreviated form ABG) is independent, not political, not religious, voluntary, and progressive, the organisation of girls and young women of Belarus. Any girl and women, sharing the worth of organization, can participate in the activity of ABG. The Mission of Association of Belarus guides is to help girls and young women of Belarus to develop their potential to become the active citizens of the country. ABG is included in the republican catalogue of the youth and children's units, enjoying the state support, co-operates with the children's both youth organisations and funds. Since 2002 ABG is a member of the World association of girls-guides and girls-scouts (ВАГГГС) which unites more than 10 million girls and women from 145 countries of the world. The activity of ABG is under three age programmes:
 • 7-10 years - "birds". By means of plays and other activities they study useful things.
 • 11-14 years - guides. Learn to make decisions and to be responsible for the words and affairs, to fathom themselves, to lead a healthy life, to save the feeling of optimism and faith in good.
• 15-18 years - rangers. Perform their own social initiatives, are engaged in self-education and self-development, participate in the international camps, develop leader qualities.
• Girls and young women higher 18 years are leaders who on a voluntary basis work with girls, participate in trainings, seminars and conferences in Belarus and abroad, implement social designs.
